Shipping & Returns

We want you to love everything you order from Maison M’Elise, and we are confident you will! However, if a product you've purchased doesn't work out, you can find our Return Policy and request a return form.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can exchange your product for a different one or request for a refund to the original payment method.

You can also contact us if you need help using the curriculum or have any questions about the materials. We'd be happy to help!

 

Online On The Courier's Website:

Go to the track and trace section of the courier’s website, and fill in your track and trace number, which you can find in the Shipping Confirmation email:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

​

1. Login on your online account on our Maison M’Elise website.

2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

4. Send all items back to us using the return label provided.

Additional Information:

• When we receive your order it takes approximately 5 to 10 working days to receive your refund to the original payment method.

• If you see that the outer box is damaged or has already been opened, please refuse the delivery. It will be automatically returned to our atelier, and we will refund you for the item(s).

• If you notice that the contents are damaged or faulty after you already accepted the delivery, please return them by filling out the return form and using the return label.
